How to Use
Apply a pea-sized amount to a soft-bristled toothbrush. Adults and children over 12 can use a full strip along the brush head. Brush for two minutes, covering all tooth surfaces and the gum line.
For children ages 2-6, supervise brushing and use only a pea-sized amount. Children under 2 should consult a dentist before using any fluoride toothpaste. Spit out excess paste after brushing—swallowing small amounts is normal for young children learning to brush, but the goal is to expectorate most of it.
